		<description>plugged in Pete I am loving your work - we are based in the UK and have recently launched a video interviewing tool specifically for recruiters and I have just looked at your blogpost through recruitingblogs.com - I couldnt agree more with you - loving the cartoon - if only some "more conservative" recruiters thought like this they could save a lot of money - please have a look at Talent on View!

What value would a recruiter gain from posting a status message to a site like twitter? Also, you mentioned there are not "hard-lined" rules but is it OK for recruiters to ask their candidates if they can follow them?</description>
